Join pastry chef Marianne Stewart for a day covering artisan doughnuts with delicious fillings, as well as ring-shaped glazed doughnuts to create a stunning doughnut display piece.
You will learn how to create an enriched dough, how to shape the doughnuts using cutters and by hand. Marianne will teach you how to store, prove and fry the doughnuts for maximum freshness, as well as tips & tricks for getting things organised ahead of time.
Marianne will show you two different flavours of filling as well as two different types of glaze. Typical flavours will include: Salted Caramel, Chocolate Praline, Raspberry & White Chocolate, Passionfruit & Physalis or cinder toffee.
You will leave with a selection of filled and ring-shaped doughnuts, glazed, decorated & ready to enjoy!
