In this course, you will learn how to make Lemon & Earl Grey Loaf Cakes, a Chocolate & Praline Roulade, and Mini Raspberry & Prosecco Victoria Sponges. You will learn about whisked method cakes, creamed method cakes and Marianne’s signature easy loaf cake method. Marianne will also show you how to make a stunningly simple raspberry & prosecco jam, how to use cake syrups to add extra flavour into your bakes and some basic decorating techniques to give your cakes the wow factor.
