Join Richard Bertinet to bake some of his favourite summer treats, perfect for taking on a picnic or for an afternoon tea.
You will be making a summer pain surprise, packed full of mozzarella, tomatoes and herbs, along with Bertinet dodos, a picnic tea loaf, Richard’s special scones, and jammy dodgers, naturally all with a Richard Bertinet twist. Learn the tips and tricks necessary for each recipe and become a master of light summertime baking.
There will be plenty of hands on time and you will be given the full recipes to recreate everything at home.
The day starts at 10am and will finish around 3.30 to 4pm.
There will be lots to take away with you so please bring a bag with you so that you can take home some of your delicious creations.
