You will learn how to use typical Tuscan ingredients like lardo, chick peas and rabbit as you prepare Crostini, Malfatti (Tuscan spinach gnocchi), a hearty casserole with classic cabbage and bean accompaniments as well as Tuscan rice cake and Cantuccini.
