Richard has nurtured his starter for more than 15 years and we have made it available for sale so that you can buy a piece to use to make your own sourdough at home with a little touch of Bertinet. The starter is sent out in temperature-controlled packaging. Due to the unique nature of this product, there are sometimes a limited number of batches available each week.
Ordering info: Our Sourdough starter is available for delivery to the UK only. It is despatched in temperature controlled packaging. If you are outside the UK please consider our dried sourdough starter which can be shipped to all destinations.
