This listing is for tins that we have cleaned, oiled and seasoned for you. They are ready to bake and you only need to maintain them – wipe and oil them regularly.
The tins measure 18.5cm x 11.5cm at the top edge and are 9cm deep. They hold 800g of dough (500g of flour).
IMPORTANT NOTE: These tins are not coated. As such they must not be left wet. If you leave them to drain they will rust. Please ensure that you dry them thoroughly straight after washing or place them into a warm oven to dry that way.
Using your seasoned tin
Each time before you bake, oil your tin with a professional non-stick spray or vegetable oil.
After first bake
If any bread sticks on the first use, remove with a plastic scraper or spatula. Do not use a metal scraper or scourer.
If your tin is dirty you can wash with a soft brush or cloth and washing up liquid. Dry immediately with a cloth and then in the oven. Otherwise just wipe and store.
