Lucie Davies

Lucie is our newest recruit having just left catering college in Bath where she achieved an overall distinction in her final exams, we are very proud of her and we are looking forward to her teaching us some new tricks!

Partial to a chocolate cake, only drinks iced coffee, never hot coffee, Lucie is in demand for her bakes from family and friends.

Having been a competitive swimmer she now enjoys a more leisurely swim as the perfect wind down after a busy day.
